一、招聘岗位：I. Posts:

　　高级报价顾问/高级报价经理Senior proposal adviser/senior proposal manager

二、工作内容：II. Work activities:

  1、负责编制国际EPC/FEED投标项目报价体系示范文本工作；Responsible for preparation of standard proposal system documents for bidding of overseas EPC/FEED projects;

　　2、负责策划国际EPC/FEED投标项目实施方案，并负责对投标报价文件进行审核工作；Responsible for plannng the implementation schemes of overseas PEPC/FEED projects and reviewing bidding/proposal documents;

二、招聘条件： II. Qualifications and experience

  1、具有大学工程类本科以上学历；Education of university (master degree) or higher and major in engineering;

　　2、熟悉国际市场开发与营销技能；Experienced in development and sales of overseas market;

　　3、熟悉国际工程公司EPC项目投标报价工作流程和EPC项目实施程序，具有10年以上石油化工领域工程项目实施和市场开发管理经验。Well-aklowledged in the work flow of proposal for EPC projects of globalized engineering firms and procedures for implementation of EPC project;

　　4、负责执行2个以上的国际大型EPC项目投标报价经理或项目经理经验及3个以上的国际EPC项目部门经理经验，在工作中能够无障碍地与国际客户进行英语交流；Experience of working as proposal manager or project manager for at least 2 large international EPC projects,  and being capable of communicating with overseas clients freely in English;

　　5、熟悉石油化工国际项目执行标准规范和程序；Well-alknowledged in applicable international codes, standards and procedures for implementation of petroleum refining and petrochemical projects;

　　6、具有良好的组织管理能力、决策能力和英语口头交流及书面编写能力；Strong capability in project organization and mangement, decision making and oral communication & writing in English;

　　7、具有良好的职业道德、团队意识、较强的沟通和协调能力，并掌握相应沟通技巧；Good professional ethics, high team building awareness, strong communication and coordination capabilities, good communications sckills;

　　8、身体健康，能够适应长期出差或项目现场工作需要。Good in health and capable of being on long-time business trip or working at the jobsite for an extended period

三、招聘流程III. Employment process

  按以下顺序依次进行：The employment will proceed through the following procedures:

  2、筛选简历。公司对应聘者简历进行筛选，筛选通过后，将通过电话或EMAIL澄清相关问题。经筛选不符合录用条件者，均通过EMAIL给予结果回复。Selection of resumes. The resumes of job hunters will be selected by LPEC.   3、面试。公司通过网络视频进行面试。Job interview. The job interview will be held through video conference.

  4、签约。符合公司录用条件者，将协商签订工作协议和保密协议，工作期限原则上为2年。Employment agreement. An employment agreement will be entered between the successful candidate and LPEC and associated confidentiality agreement will be signed.

  5、试用。签订工作协议时，要约定试用期，试用期为2个月，试用期内被证明不符合录用条件者，公司可以解除协议。Probation period. A 2 months’ probation period will be specified in the employment agreement. If the selected successful job hunter is proved to be not qualified for the qualifications in the work in the probation period, LPEC has the right to terminate the agreement.

四、薪酬待遇 IV. Salary package

　　薪酬待遇协商确定。Salary package will be decided through mutual negotiation.

五、工作条件 V. Work conditions

  1、公司提供计算机、电话、打印机等相关办公设施，并开通INTERNET和公司内部邮箱。LPEC will provide office facilities such as computer, telephone, printers, etc as well as internet and LPEC’s internal E-mail.

　　2、公司提供与工作相关的工作规范、标准及相关资料。LPEC will provide applicable codes, standards, relative specifications and documents necessary for the work.

　　3、公司提供笔记本电脑等移动办公设备。LPEC will provide mobile office equipment such as lap-top computer, etc.

六、生活条件VI. Living conditions

　　1、公司帮助租房（60平米左右）并承担房租及相关物业费用。LPEC will help to rent an apartment of about 60 square meters and is responsible for the rent and associated costs.

　　2、在看病时，公司提供协助，但不承担相关费用。LPEC will provide assistance when the overseas employee sees a doctor. All the costs of medical care shall be born by the overseas employee.

　　3、公司购买意外伤害保险。LPEC shall buy accidental injury insurance for the overseas employee.
