岗位职责： > Collect data about actual process 收集实际的工艺过程数据　　　　　　　　>   Understand principle of ink formula 理解油墨的配方原则　>   Be able to operate a machine for understanding parameters 可以操作机器以了解相关参数　>   Reporting about findings 报告所有发现　>   Follow pilot production 参与试生产　>   Propose some ways of improvement 提出改进方案　>   Test of improvement in the workshop, feedbacks and datas. 测试车间改进方案，收集数据和反馈　>   Animate meetings to explain way to improve 组织会议讲解改进方案　>   Follow improvement status 跟踪改进状态　>   Test new process and contact with supplier 测试新工艺并与供应商联系　> Implement the technical department targets   and the company’s ISO 9001 QMS targets. These targets are defined during semi   annual meetings   执行技术部目标和公司的ISO 9001质量管理体系目标。这些目标在半年会时确定。
