Principal accountabilities/Main tasks/职位描述: 1) Understand and obey job safety requirements; 了解并遵守工作安全守则。 2) Daily work for production daily report, down time report and PIMS process data tracking. 负责生产安全日报表，包括开停车报告和PIMS流程数据跟踪。 3) Check & notify the monthly production target and shut down plan, Carry out summary & categories of downtime which support production & maintenance department for initiating improvement 核对和确认生产计划月度报告和产线停车计划，并对产线停车进行原因分析和时间计算以支持生产和技术部门改善项目的开展 4) QCP report, means Quality consistency program in process control 负责生产工艺控制中的质量持续改进项目。 5) Benchmark data collection and send to Lenzing group for making a summery table, and then for production tracking and analysis 生产工艺数据确认并汇总发至总部，支持生产数据跟踪和分析。 6) Assist organize & join process trials, and the management of trial page system in share point 协助组织和参与生产工艺量产，并在公司的share point生产工艺量产页面发布 7) Assist organize special task force like process optimization, quality improvement, recovery systems improvement etc. 协助组织其它生产工艺项目开展，例如流程优化、质量改善、回收系统改善等。 8) Supporting production to do statistics and general analysis of output, quality, and consumption rates on daily-basis, weekly and Monthly-basis 支持生产部门进行工艺数据统计和产量分析、质量分析和每日、每周及每月的生产能耗分析。 9) Prepare the monthly production report for LNF management meeting and the global production monthly report. 负责月度生产分析报告及全球月度生产报告 10) Responsible to notify 1st grade parameters change in LNF 11) Support energy savings and cost saving activities at site 支持工厂节能减耗项目 12) Support WCOM pillar works 支持精益生产项目 Education/教育背景: 1.Graduated in Engineering College, major in chemical or macromolecule materials engineering, English CET-6 本科，化学工程或高分子材料工程专业，英语六级 2.Skills/Knowledge/Experience/技能、知识与工作经验: Technical & operational knowledge in fiber manufacturing, Process Optimization, Management systems. Minimum 3 years and above. 三年以上生产制造（粘胶纤维）行业流程优化、生产工艺管理工作经验优先考虑
