工艺工程师 职位描述

Responsibilites:

·　　 Utilize technical background and troubleshooting to improve process capability, unit and site reliability, and product quality.

·　　 Track in process and final lot quality, lead troubleshooting and RCI efforts for out of spec material, interface with multiple groups including customers to resolve NCR’s and implement corrective actions in a timely fashion and initiate and lead quality and product improvement efforts.

·　　 Function as liaison with all service groups to ensure that work related to the production facilities is accomplished correctly, promptly, and in the most cost-effective manner

·　　 Provide quality input on training for team members regarding to quality, operations technology, and safety.

·　　 Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of shutdown work including maintenance and capital activities

·　　 Conduct  cause analysis on process or quality incidents and process induced to mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions to create sustainable solutions.

·　　 Compiling and/or reviewing daily production reports, monthly production and raw materials reports, quality results, budget forecasting, and production schedule

·　　 Participate on the Group’s Sustainability program at site.

·　　 Support/lead Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA)

·　　 Responsible for development and maintenance of operating envelopes (OE), safety critical alarms (SCAs), and safety critical systems (SCSs), including identifying appropriate parameters, consequence of deviations, and corrective actions; setting the safe operating envelop limits; and investigating any excursions.

·　　 Responsible for maintaining the OE, SCA, and SCS s, documented and enforced within the DCS system.  Utilize proper alarm management/rationalization techniques for further enhance operability of the DCS.

·　　 Participate in or conduct Process Hazard Analysis and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews to meet Process Safety Management requirements.

·　　 Lead/support plant’s MOC (Management of Change) based on procedure. Write and support the Management of Change process through HAZOP and PSSR Evaluation. Track/follow MOC safety measures & actions that to be closed smoothly.

·　　 Draw out Process Safety annual KPIs and track these KPIs to be finished.

·　　 Draw out the process safety annual training plan and follow.

·　　 Lead/participate in incident investigations to identify  causes and corrective recommendations to prevent reoccurrence

Requirements:

·　　 Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineer or related.

·　　 3 ~ 5 years engineering experience at a chemical manufacturing plant.

·　　 Strong demonstrated technical and troubleshooting skills.

·　　 Familiar with chemical process, safety principle.

·　　 Experience with Management of Change (MOC), HAZOP, LOPA is preferred.

·　　 Additional experience with formal  Cause Failure Analysis is preferred.

·　　 Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills necessary to interface with teams (Chinese & English)

·　　 Can carry out work independently and with good sense of cooperation.

·　　 Good skill in office software (Word, Excel, autoCAD etc)
