5. Job Content工作内容:

a)  Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任

·　　   SHE and quality Responsibilities /SHE和质量相关的职责

a.    Understand and abide by the SHE and the quality   policies, requirements and regulations of China, company and Yimante site. Be   responsible for SHE affairs in the jurisdiction and ensure the colleagues’   and his/her own safety and health. 理解和遵守SHE和质量相关的国家/总部/益曼特场地的法规和要求。对负责工作的SHE要完全负责，并确保自身的安全和健康。

b.    Attend SHE/Quality training actively, to ensure   the operation procedure conform to the requirements of ISO 9001/ISO 14000. 积极参加SHE/质量培训，确保执行程序能够符合ISO 9001/ISO 14000的要求。

c.　　   Fulfil the responsibility of defined role in   process safety life cycle management.执行工艺安全生命周期管理中定义的角色的职责。

·　　   Plant Performance Improvement工厂运行绩效管理

a.    Responsible for monitoring and developing Manufacturing Process   Control Plans and useinformation to determine and implement corrective   actions

b.    Collecting and investigating improvement opportunities;

c.　　   Support continuous improvement efforts that provide -cause   analysis of known, repetitive processing & maintenance issue’s leading to   product Non-Conformances andmachine failures.

d.    Defining the hurdle and ranking criteria used in the Improve Plant   work process;

e.    Assessing improvement opportunities on added value, ranking and   prioritizing opportunities and managing the improvement list;

f.　　   Execution of RCA’s in Improve Plant (if needed);

g.    Managing and developing solutions for improvement opportunities;

h.    Analyzing and quantifying impact of solutions;

i.　　   Specify scope of solution and send solution to appropriate (work) process   for implementation;

j.　　   Increasing levels of user knowledge by (supporting) instructing and   training to other engineer, production and maintenance personnel on process   issues;

k.    Providing engineering expertise   in improvement projects and evaluating these projects whether improvement   targets have been met;

l.　　   Gate keeping (against hurdle) for all improvement initiatives, and   safeguarding coherence between all initiatives.

·　　   Participate in capital investment projects, accountable/responsible   for the following key areas within the discipline: 参与投资项目，负责专业范围内的职责，包括以下内容：

a.    Prepare cost estimation, conceptual studies and execute projects   including basic & detail design and documentation;

b.    Cost, scope, quality and milestones controlling of all assigned   technical projects;

c.　　   Ensure compliance of assigned projects with all applicable laws,   SHE-and Q-requirements and other applicable regulations;

d.    Develop or review technical part of ITB (invitation to bidders);

e.    Technical evaluation of proposals from suppliers and contractors;

f.　　   Provide/develop necessary documents to support all government   approvals;

g.    Support Project manager for the management of 3rd parties;

h.    Technical review of all engineering deliverables developed by 3rd   parties in deferent project phases, including EIA, FSR, LSA, OHA;

i.　　   Close support operation team during commissioning & start-up;

·　　   Other General responsibilities其它职责：

a.    To develop,  and/or improve internal standards；建立，更新和/或提高内部标准

b.    Updating SPECBOOK Chapter 1~5, 9 and 10;更新技术工具书章节1~5，9和10.

c.　　   Document, file and communicate all relevant information; Communicate   expertise / solutions broadly within DSM if synergy can be achieved.

d.    To contribute to the safe design, operation, optimization and   improvement of production plants by providing broad and in-depth engineering expertise   and executing projects.

e.    Participate evaluation of IP proposals, if necessary;

f.　　   Any other works which deemed could be done by a professional process   engineer.
