工艺工程师 Process Engineer 职位描述

1. Education background:
    Major: Chemical engineering
    Diploma: Bachelor degree or above
2. Job background:
　　 1) 5+ years working in local design institutes or engineering companies, which has devoted to chemical industry;
　　 2) 5+ years taking responsibility for chemical process design and relative role;
3. Technical competence:
1) Calculate material balance and energy balance under supervision;
2) Produce process datasheet for process equipment selection under supervision, such as Reactors, heat exchangers, towers, tanks, pumps, compressors, filters etc.
3) Know the basic chemical process calculations quite well, such as hydraulic calculation, diameter calculation for compressible fluid and uncompressible fluid, PSVs, rupture disks, traps etc.
4) Know unit chemical process quite well and produce the P & ID based on PFD independently.
5) Know well the design conditions in process discipline
4. Other competence:
1) Excellent English skills including good writing & reading skills and fluent oral skill;
2) Excellent communication skill and full of accountability;
5. Tools:
1) Operate AutoCAD skillfully;
2) Operate Aspen Plus or other fluid simulation software skillfully;
3) Operate HTRI skillfully;
4) Operate office software skillfully;

Registered process engineer is preferred.
