Purpose of the position

Reliability   management and optimization of mechanical   equipments of all LGN plants for improvement and keep plants   reliability, supported by platform reliability team

为了提高并保持装置可靠性，在总部可靠性团队支持下，对LGN 所有装置现场的机械设备进行可靠性管理和优化

Principal responsibilities

MECH team management

Reliability, mechanical and relative management procedure establishment for standard management requirement, fit LGN site process requirements/为了标准化管理的要求，制订可靠性、机械和相关管理程序，满足LGN 现场的业务需求。

Lead the work of mechanical team, organize, supervise and support the daily work of mechanical engineers on site, review the implementation at the end of each month./主持机械团队的工作，组织、监督和支持各现场机械工程师日常工作，每月底回顾执行情况。

Monitor the integrity of each site equipment, make maintenance plan and spare parts plan for key equipment../监督各个现场设备的完好性，制定关键设备的保养计划和备件计划。

Mechanical technical support to maintenance teams, fit requirements of LGN all sites reliability/对机、电、仪各维修团队提供机械的技术支持，满足LGN各现场的可靠性需求.

Responsible for all sites key equipments including steam turbine, MAC,OTC,NTC, expander and liquid pumps mechanical management, reliability improvement, trouble-shooting and malfunction removal /负责各厂区汽轮机、空压机、氧压机、氮压机、膨胀机及产品泵等关键设备的机械技术管理、可靠性提高、故障分析判断及处理.

Responsible for LGN site machinery monthly report, reporting key problems, important maintenance and next month's plan./负责LGN现场机械专业monthly report编写，汇报当月关键问题、重要维修和下月计划.

Complete the special inspection required by enterprises and government to ensure compliance../完成企业和政府要求专项检查，确保合规.

  R R＆M plan and implementation for all sites , lead monthly and annual R&M, Annual R＆M plan and budget preparation/各厂区的设备维修计划与执行，组织月度、年度检修、保养和预算准备

  Support to relative audit, ensure audit plan can be implemented smoothly/ 支持相关审计，确保审计计划能顺利执行

  Responsible for mechanical EMOC plan, submit, implementation and record, and work as mechanical EMOC NRP/作为机械专业EMOC的NRP，负责机械专业EMOC 的计划、提交、执行和记录

  To lead equipment trouble shooting and incident diagnosis and  removal timely, ensure operation smoothly and no impact to customer/牵头及时对设备故障和事故的诊断与排除，确保工艺生产正常，不影响向客户供气。

Responsible for the MECH team's annual PMP conversation and the team's annual performance evaluation./负责机械团队年度PMP的谈话工作，对团队年度绩效评估.

Responsible for the overall work of mechanical overhaul, cooperate with the start-up and shutdown of the equipment, and summarize the professional report after overhaul./负责机械专业大修的整体工作，配合装置开停车，和大修后的专业总结报告。

Upgrades and improvements

Organize the training of new standard and new technology for mechanical specialty, improve the technical ability of field engineers and contractors./组织对机械专业新标准、新技术的培训，提高现场工程师和承包商的技术能力.

Prepare (or review) key equipment maintenance procedures, and organize learning and communication.编制（或审核）关键设备检修规程，并组织学习和交流。

Required critical behaviours

Required key skills   (functional/technical)

1.　　 Experience in turbine, centrifugal compressor, piston compressor maintenance

2.　　 Can use Auto CAD software, mapping, design and drawing.

3.　　 Use professional software to analyze equipment running status and diagnose faults.

4.　　 familiar with office software .

5.　　 Good communication skill.

6.　　 English listening, expressing, reading and writing skill .

Required qualifications/experience

1.　　 Minimum 8 years experience (at least five years in an operation environment) with specific expertise in general mechanical systems, such as rotating equipment, pumps, turbines, and compressors, reciprocating compressors and associated auxiliary equipment, refrigeration systems, piping systems, heat exchangers, and adsorption systems/dryers

2.　　 Plant maintenance and repairing experience over 5 years

3.　　 University degree in Mechanical Engineering, professional qualifications and licensing preferred.
