Dimensions:
This
position reports to Shift Supervisor. Coordinate with MFEM technicians, MFT
lab, and contractors.
本岗位直接向倒班监督进行汇报。与现场维修技师、实验室分析员与现场承包商进行协调。
This position will work with Shift Supervisor to make decision relating with
plant operation i.e. startup and shutdown.
本岗位工艺操作员协助倒班监督处理装置生产问题，例如装置的开停车。
Principal
Accountabilities:
1. Operates
the plant complying with HSE standards; Takes part in emergency response
drills. Carries out AGT, etc. Ensures the plant he is responsible for runs
safely and reliably
遵照HSE标准进行操作；如参加紧急响应演练，执行气体检测等。确保装置安全可靠运行。
2. Maintains a thorough knowledge of current operational status of the
process area that he is responsible for by reference to daily instructions,
logbooks and shift change-over communications.
通过参考日常指导、日志和交接班沟通，全面了解他所负责的操作区域的当前运行状态。
3. Independently performs normal operational and relevant activities, (like
training, normal operation, starting stopping, emergency shutdown, ERP
emergency responsible plan implement).
独立完成日常操作和相关工作（例如培训，日常操作，开停车，紧急停车，应急响应计划实施）。
4. Monitors process conditions, equipment and systems. Analyses deviations
and undertakes preventive measures in consultation with SS (Shift Supervisor)
or HPO (Head Process Operator) colleagues to prevent production disturbances.
监测工艺流程，设备和系统。与倒班监督或者主控工艺操作员共同分析并采取预防性措施避免生产波动。
5. Responsible to ensure that the process units are operated to its optimum
design by monitoring and acting pro-actively on information obtained from the
control-room or his supervisor.
负责通过监控和了解从中央控制室或主管处获得的信息并主动采取行动，确保生产装置的运行达到最佳设计状态。
6. Assists updating operational manual, start-up, shutdown procedures and
other operational procedures.
协助更新操作手册，开停车程序和其他操作程序。
7. Ensures and undertakes good housekeeping in and around the relevant area
of the plant.
做好装置相关区域内及周边的现场整洁管理。
8. Takes care of clear verbal and written reporting and ensures proper
hand-over of responsibilities takes place during daily shift changes ensures
incident and non-conformity reporting.
以清晰的口头表达和书面汇报进行日常交接班职责的交接，以及事故和不合规事项的报告
9. Coaching and guiding JPO (Junior Process Operator) or PO’s (Process
Operator) in their development.
培训并指导初级工艺操作员及工艺操作员的成长发展。
10. Any other works instructed by Shift Supervisor.
协助倒班监督完成其他工作。
Qualifications:
1.
Educational background:
Chemical process or relevant major is required; college and above education
is preferred
教育背景：
● 化工工艺类相专业；大专及以上学历优先
2. Work experience:
Wide operational experience; 5 year and above experience is preferred.
工作经验：
● 有一定的操作经验；5年及以上工作经验优先
3. Language proficiency:
Basic English language skill
