工艺工程师 （涂料）

Responsibilities:

　　 Ensure Chemours EHS standard implemented in coating production and actively involved in site PSM subcommittee. Involve in process related safety incident investigation and action follow-up.

　　 Understand customer needs and expectations, develop product specification for the fitness to use, develop product quality control procedure and tools.

　　 Develop basic data of process technology, manage knowledge/technology transfer and new product development.

　　 Work in conjunction with technical service and R&D on the development, scale-up, and commercialization of new products.

　　 Drive product quality consistency utilizing SPC or six sigma methodology.

　　 Lead technical investigation of customer complain with interacting with business and customer, coming out  cause and improvement solution.

　　 Develop/optimize SOP/SOC and train production team.

　　 Provide daily support to operation, and lead problem solving efforts and propose resolutions with equipped data analysis tools.

　　 Leverage internal and external experts in network to accomplish goals.

　　 Provide support on the implementation of capital project, through project basic data input, design review and quality assurance.

　　 Responsible for technical support to CSW Finishes manufacturing and contract manufacturing sites in AP region, to ensure a reliable supply of quality product. Teamwork with the production team to investigate production and quality issue, coming up with improvement actions and implementation follow-up.

　　 Follow company Intellectual Property Protection procedure, and handle information properly.

　　 Willing to travel and spend private time to cover those urgent or special cases if necessary.

Qualifications:

　　 Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in Chemical engineering or chemistry.

　　 Capability to communicate in oral and written English about manufacturing process technologies. Fluency in Korean is an advantage.

　　 At least 3 years of professional experience in coating industry related.

　　 Know well coating recipe and materials.

　　 Professional experience in grinding process and machines.

　　 Experience in quality management is an advantage.  It generally means knowledge of quality management systems, experience with customer complaints, and developing quality improvement programs.

　　 Experience in developing and managing or being involved in continuous improvement programs (e.g. capacity, cost, PSM, uptime, etc.) at a plant site is an advantage.

　　 Present information and effectively communicate with divisions and cross-functionally.

　　 Good interpersonal skills to allow productive collaborative relationships with inside customers, vendors, operations, mechanical and technical personnel.

　　 Being able to work effectively in a team environment with people of all job levels who are geographically and culturally diverse. Teamwork spirit is necessary.

　　 Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt certified) is preferred.
