Sr. Maintenance Technician –Instrument 高级维修技术员 –仪表

Job Purpose

Sr. maintenance technician is expected to   following the maintenance scope arrangement of area, execute equipment   repair/maintenance tasks with fully compliance to the company HSE rules.   Conduct PM activities according to PM plan in time. Register maintenance   record in SAP system. Assist maintenance engineer to propose material and   spare parts requisition as required.

高级维护技术员应遵循维修区域的范围安排，执行设备维修/维护任务，并完全遵守公司HSE规则。根据预防性维修计划及时开展预防性维修活动。在SAP系统中登记维修记录。协助维修工程师根据需要提出材料和备件申请。

Job Dimensions

This position reports to Maintenance   Engineer & Head of Maintenance. Coordinate with plant operator, MFES   engineers, and 3rd party contractors.

本岗位直接向维修工程师和维修主任进行汇报。与现场生产操作员、设备管理工程师与现场承包商进行协调。

This position will work with   Maintenance Engineers to make decision relating with plant maintenance i.e.   startup and shutdown.

本岗位高级维修技术员协助维修工程师处理装置维修问题，例如装置的开停车期间的维修工作等。

Principal Accountabilities

1.　　   Have   the knowledge and skills required for the relevant discipline maintenance   work, and provide efficient maintenance support for the designated plant.

2.　　   Identify   faults in equipment, facilities, systems and components of the plant, analyze   and resolve them with the team.

3.　　   Use   professional tools and equipment to install, inspect, maintain and repair the   equipment, facilities and systems of the plant you are responsible for.

4.　　   Perform   routine preventive maintenance of the system, facilities and equipment of the   plant.

5.　　   Complete   other tasks assigned by superior.

1.　　   熟练掌握本专业维修工作所需要的知识和技能，为指定的装置提供高效的维修专业支持。

2.　　   识别装置的设备、设施、系统和部件的故障，与团队一起进行分析和解决。

3.　　   使用专业的工具和装备，对所负责装置的设备、设施、系统进行安装、检查、维护以及维修。

4.　　   对所负责装置的系统、设施、设备进行日常预防性维护。

5.　　 完成上级交办的其他任务。

Educational   background:

·　　   Technical school or above

Work   experience:

·　　   At least 5 years relevant maintenance   experience in petrochemical industry is preferred

PC skills:

·　　   Proficient   in PC skills

教育背景：

·　　   技校或同等学历以上

工作经验：

·　　   5年以上石油化工相关维修经验优先

PC技能：

·　　   熟练的电脑技能
