生产工程师

1. Provide technical/technological expertise support in the daily operations
2. Provide facilitative leadership to the Operators in problem resolution using simplified Root Cause Analysis.
3. Role as Operation Asset Expert in ALPS, Ensure quality and completeness of AUM/PEM data.
4. Role as PGR and ad-hoc RCPS process owner to drive continuous improvement.
5. Involving  with process engineer to do  modification and new projects to improve operability, technical performance , energy efficiency, process safety, equipment reliability to keep plant running at high performance,
6. As Training program facilitator in production team
7. Back up of production manager.

·　　 Have >5Y relevant working experience in the chemical industry.

·　　 Fluent English communication both in oral and written

·　　 Preferable chemical process background and DCS knowledge.

·　　 Good communication skill& interpersonal skill

·　　 Should possess proven working knowledge regarding QHSE issues, he/she should be team player, self-starter, result oriented, quality committed, and proactive. Furthermore, strong work ethic, good organizational skills, set priorities and use time effectively to accomplish tasks, and basic computer skills.

·　　 Knowledge regarding both ERP (SAP) and MES systems are advantageous

Preferable L6sixgam experience.
