工作地点：上海-奉贤区学历要求：硕士及以上招聘人数：1人工作经验：五年以上职位性质：全职外语要求：英语熟练工资待遇：22000 - 25000	TS&D Representative-Powder 职位描述 Responsibility - Participate in cross functional project teams to support business growth through the establishment of new applications for and the enhancement of existing products, ensuring intellectual property is protected - Lead, motivate, develop and coach TS&D technicians - Develop and maintain market segment and customer account expertise in own area of specialization - Contribute to the delivery of the sales budget and generate upsides for Product Line - In conjunction with Marketing create of technical value propositions and technical product commercialization, with production of technical data sheets, brochures and launch packages - Promote Allnex’s technical capabilities, products and new developments to a broad range of customers - In conjunction with the Sales team specify and deliver appropriate technical support for key customers, through a mixture of detailed technical and commercial knowledge - Maintain detailed technical knowledge of customer application methodology capability to ensure trouble-free use of Product Line products on customers equipment - Provide technical expertise and support to Sales and Marketing teams, during the introduction of new products/processes, determine way forward to ensure product performance - Represent the organization in forums and conferences within specific area of application expertise Authority - Setting the direction of technical support activities at customer accounts - Define specific resourcing requirements for project goals and customer support - Defining the key elements for extension of application competency Education - BSc or Post Graduate Dree or equivalent in Chemistry related Experience - Five years or more direct experience in powder coating technologies Specific skills - Project management skills - Strong results orientation - Good analytical and conceptual thinking - Good problem solving skills - Good commercial and communication skills 注册写简历
